On behalf of the Trustees and Staff of OMEA – Happy New Year! As the conference quickly approaches, there is important information and a few deadlines that I want to bring to your attention.
If you need to pre-register and pay by check (school or personal), the form and check must be mailed before January 11.

ON-LINE PRE-REGISTRATION will close on January 18. Save $20 by pre-registering.

The HOUSING LINK remains open.
There is still availability at the Westin and conference rates ($159) are applicable until next week. This is your last chance to reserve a room.
The website login process requires use of the correct login and password. If you have not logged into your OMEA account since July 1, I ask that you do this before this Friday, January 11. Some of you may need assistance.
If you have recently joined OMEA, you should have received a “Welcome Email” which has your temporary password and other login information. If you can’t find that email, please contact Greg Taylor at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible!
We are trying to spread out these requests for assistance so that we can take care of everyone. Should you wait until next week to register for the conference, it is possible we will not be able to help you prior to the deadline.
Please login to the website today, and update your file. Conference registration requires that your file has updated address information PRIOR to beginning the registration process. If you choose to wait to register for the conference next week, then at least you will have the tools to do so and understand the process. Technical support is more readily available this week. Please take this important step today!
